I witnessed other situation with bob earlier. He put tank prop on his car and rammed all over the city. Well it was really late hour and very few people online, but he attempted to prop push too.
Well i got no evidence but this guy needs some tutoring.

From the video and from logs I have concluded it
was Bob spawning in the crowbars.
Player will be punished accordingly for prop spam and
general prop mingery.
