Summary: Breaking FearRP.
So this is what happend; at first it was a petty crime, he was jaywalking so I turn my ELS on and siren to warn him (I even yelled at him to walk on the sidewalk). He refused to do that so I stepped out, took my taser out, asked him to stop moving (he refused again and pretended he was ''lagging'') and cuffed him in case he wanted to try something.
Because it was a petty crime I gave him the chance to pay a fine of $300 but just when I uncuffed him he made a threat to shoot me through the head, so I grabbed my cuffs again but then ran away. (see the video for the rest of the story)
