Title of Suggestion: Lower Tranquilliser Sniper

Description: Add in the option to Shift + E the tranq as at the moment the only way it lowers is by constantly holding Shift, and it makes you look in an aggressive pose all the time, and is very annoying when you try to lower and shoot a tranq forgetting you can't.

Why: PRACTICALITY
