Not this again, people add way too much value to polls like these.
A real administrator does his job even when people will dislike him/her for it, winning a petty poll in the discussion forums means nothing. This will only divide people and demotivate staffmembers who dont get many votes (even though the staffmember does an excellent job). Staffmembers who receive a lot of votes will get encouraged to do more popular stuff, even when it isnt the right thing to do.
