Maybe have a digital watch system where you can buy it off the market and have it as another thing in the scroll wheel (ie. Tool Gun, Physgun ect) and you can see it in first person, you can customise it to have times set and it bleeps or a message comes up to say a message or something like "Time for work" or something like that.
