Would you have any further evidence of the player propclimbing or propflying, the screenshots that you provided show only the player building up a ramp.

Sadly I do not have any more screenshots nor video, since he ran off when he saw me.
The first picture shows part of how he's using the phys gun though.
Even so, isn't building in/invading someone's house for no reason enough to make a case?
