I was in the casino and scammed (not 'actually', but RPing that anyway), my job role was also criminal, me and another guy planned to rob the place. I was having a peaceful conversation when a security guard threatens me, so as a criminal that planned to RP robbing the place, I acted in self defence.

By the way, I was hit FIRST earlier on, and then I got hit. I just pulled out a weapon to threaten him, to which they should be calling police or something, instead he hits me. I call self defence here. (clarification, way earlier on). If anything, you mixed metagaming and several other things when I stayed IC.

Gonna add one more thing, a baton doesn't scare me much, I'm a criminal. A gun and I know I'm dead in one shot, if you had a gun and I pull something out, fearrp, sure.

A baton? really? A criminal knows with skill he can easily outplay you. If you're talking realistic RP with common sense, no fearrp was broken even if there was no context to this. I could pull out any weapon I wanted at all. What do you expect? You pull something out on a psychopathic criminal and they just run away like a baby?

Either way, you don't pull out a weapon when you are under gunpoint or in striking distance of a melee weapon. Its a violation of FearRP.
