Check the gametime of first screenshot and second screenshot, he blocked for 4-5 minutes for no reason at all then after warning to call an admin numerous times he left.

I want to note he was breaking nlr before and cdm'd me by jumping into his swat van and running me over. No evidence but just wanted to say this.

I spoke to you before. Our team died. We waited 10 minutes, and went back to get my van. It was NOT us that shot first. You shot at us as we attempted to collect our vans. Shot at us, from your base, while we were on a public road. Since this is my ban request and not yours, lets leave that aside.

You jumped behind my van as I was reversing. If lack the capability to not jump behind my van... Well, your fault I'm afraid.

You seem to have posted a ban request because... What? I parked infront of your base? There is a reason the demote command exists. This is something that would be handled via an IC action, such as speaking to the President. Most moderators would have told you to stop wasting their time.

Your "friend" jumped in the back of the van as I was parked near villas BP. That's his own fault.

It is not RP to lie saying you ran out of fuel when you have fuel in your car then driving right off without refueling.
He was not responding to any sort of emergency he kept driving back and forth all the time.
I did not jump behind his van I was close behind it crouching to reload my gun then he got into his vehicle and ran me over by reversing then right after he jumps back out so he used it as a weapon.

It is failRP to block the gate completely not allowing anyone out, you had no reason to be at Corleone Estate. Look at the other post where he came back, he blocks the gate again completely this time without saying he ran out of fuel and wouldn't let anyone out. When ever the person in the volkswagen tried to fit through the small gap Doctor Internet either reversed or went forward to prevent him.

He broke NLR and FearRP when coming back that is all I am going to say since I have no evidence.

As im not seeing any, and unless you can provide proof of any of your claims, we cannot act.

You have not proved he NLR'd, you have not shown you did not shoot at him as he claims and he has not shown he did not shoot you first, thus neitherside has anything on that, and him IC lieing to you is perfectly acceptable.

I did not make this BR for any of them reasons I even stated that I just wanted to note it. He was failRP'ing and the evidence is all the screenshots where he just parks his swat van infront of the gate for no reason which blocked people with cars trying to get out.

You have no proof there was A. No reason for it to be there, and B.to prove 100% that people could in no way get out.

In either situation theres no rule violation for him being parked there, ontop of the fact you have yet to provide concrete evidence as to why it was there in the first place, beyond "He said he it ran out of gas, and hes lieing" You have not provided exactly how long it sat there potential out of fuel, and to the point where it did drive off.

All in all i see no case here, neither side has any concrete evidence i feel proves beyond a doubt that an infraction took place.

If you have any further evidence please do post it soon, otherwise I will be closeing this.
