Any updates? My girlfriend is having this problem while playing on her laptop, certain ammunition cannot be seen for selected weapons.

Untill this is changed, this spreadsheet includes what ammunition every gun uses, just hover over the gun and a note should appear and tell you what ammunition it uses.
