Real hard stuff but if you really want to, go for it, just don't expect any active subscribers the first couple of months, and even if you make it and get a decent amouth of subscribers it will still be real hard to keep yourself motivated. People like PewDiePie also have a real hard time keeping themselves motivated, don't think just because they earn millions it's easy.

Start a unique service with a set of skills you may have. For example, I started to create graphical content for YouTube, Twitter and other social media profiles for users around Twitter, built up a nice little fan-base and started to distribute work at a fair price, but in a good amount.
After all this, I entered a competition to work for OpTic H3CZ for one month and I won, I got paid $250 to make Thumbnails for him for 1 month.
