President had given several broadcasts banning corleones from the city, this also happened shortly following an attempted corleone raid.
Where you get the "suspected of breaking NLR and RDM" is beyond me, i died once before that footage (1 death at hiscores), and that was a long time before that event, i don't even think i was SRU at the time.
