Few questions.

I guess so many ppl already asked same questions, but anyways:

if i havn't contra, only weeds, and noone see that

- Can police just check my house?
- Can raiders Citizen-police check my house?
- If Citizen-police have good reason for get in, can they are use lockpick, cracker?
- If Police/Cit. Pol. will try ti get in my house can i kill em?

1) Not without a valid reason (seeing/hearing weapons, contraband, if your house/base is against the current law)
2) Citizen-police? No, unless they're a properly set up RP with permission from the President. If they are legitimate, same things apply as for the police
3) They'd most likely call the police
4) It's an RP server. RP, don't just go in guns blazing.
