Can't Pre-order Watch dogs?

Hey, I got this problem that when I go to the watch dogs store page, I seem to only be able to buy its DLC and not pre-order the game itself.
Anybody else has this problem? Can somebody explain why and how to fix it?

Dude, are you sure the Season pass page is the only one you see?
When i search for Watch Dogs, it cleary comes up,right at the top. You probably aren't looking for it correctly.

Once you know you've bought it is when it shows like this at the bottom of your library.

Yep, I tried looking for it again and I made sure its the correct page and it still does the same thing even in the web browser.

Can i see a screenshot of what you're searching and what comes up? I still have the suspicion that you're doing something wrong.

Okay, this is now very, very strange. It may be blocked in your country although i doubt the USA would block it....
A universal fix for most things is to go to your steam folder, and delete everything apart from your 'steamapps' folder and the 'steam.exe' After deleting those restart your computer, let steam re-install itself and try it again, let me know how that works out for you. I hope this will fix it!

Could always get it directly from UPlay, or maybe a 3rd party site which sells Steam codes.
