What is double accounting and how its detected

Hey guys I always wondered the full meaning if double accounting and why it is banned. Also how does the mods or adms find it?

Double accounting is basically when you make two accounts on the same network. The admins can see it because the two accounts have the same IP address.
It is most likely banned so people who got permanently banned cannot just go on a new account and pretend like they never got banned. Rulebreakers stay banned. Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.

It is the act of having multiple accounts, typically also used for evasion of suspensions or to gain an un-fair and non-intended advantage with in our servers. It is detected and pointed out based on many different patterns.
Additionally, it is a Terms of Service violation. |
