Summary: Myself and Zeteki were repairing his police cruiser and Werewolf came around the corner and could clearly see our police cruisers in the road but he slammed into the side of my cruiser, I then pulled him over and explained the situation and then proceeded to explain to him I was going to ticket him for speeding and reckless driving, at first he refused to pay the ticket to which I explained I would arrest him and impound his vehicle if he did not pay it, after handcuffing him he then decided he would pay the ticket, Zeteki released him from handcuffs so he could pay the fine and this is where he disconnected.
I don't have pictures of him because I didn't think he would Dissconnect, But the full chat is there (I only typed when talking to him because he didn't have a mic).
