Summary: He was the president, he got RDM'd and started complaining that he got RDM'd requested that he become president again and made his way up to the office to moan to the new president.
He was then told to leave (Trespassing) but refused and after a warrant was issued, jumped from the catwalk to his doom.
I didn't get time to get good screenshots, but what I did get was his body on the lobby floor and witnesses.
