Okay, I recorded evidence for BR, and uploaded it on youtube. WHen I watched it. It was in 240p quality. There was no HD 720. When I recoded gmod vids befoe they were all HD. What has happened? Should I reupload them?
Gmod settings were same all the time. Fraps settings are the same.

Can take a few minutes for YouTube to encode the video. Shouldn't take any more than 10-15 minutes, though.

It has neither to do with your Gmod settings, nor fraps setting. When you upload a video, it gets processed by youtube, this can take some time, but don't worry. It will be finished soon.

Normally it takes 10 seconds to get 360 (All after how long the video are, this example = 2mins video=
20 seconds for 480
30 seconds for 720
1minute for 1080
This is my experience everytime I upload to youtube.
