There isn't really enough evidence to determine who was the Don at the time and why you were demoted.

Wasn't there 3 witnesses? Me, Oliver, and the european guy?

Litpon did admit that he did it to let his friend in. Jamie eventually came, but just talked to him, and never gave out a punishment, or returned juicy to his position.
