None of the admins would do that.
Seems to me that it's a glitch if restarting doesn't work then you can ask an admin to ban you and unban you, might work.

There may be a bug. I thought you were banned, I could have sworn it came up in-game. Maybe there was a glitch and it hasn't been picked up on the Ban Page?
