Title of Suggestion: Dots in amount of money

Description: If I had 1000000 dollars, I'd like it to say 1.000.000 or 1,000,000. Shouldn't be to big of a deal to develop

Why: I personally think, that it is easier to get a overview of how much you've got in your bank/pocket.

There's more people in the server from countries that use commas instead of dots, so it should stay commas.
