Clan closed, as it was brought to our attention that it violates certain rules and non-written standards.

Alright in this message I am showing you why "Malkrin Industries" should be closed.

For starters if you look at the logos for both Fumuku and Malkrin

So going off of what Dubwub said Malkrin Industries is a Sub Company of an Industry that was closed due to the deaths of all of their main leaders?

Oh wait! It is the same person? So this person came back to life to reopen a Sub Company of an industries that was destroyed in war.

And if you look at the current members of Malkrin and look at Fumuku they are the same exact leaders as well.

His is not one there anymore but you can obviously see he is one of the main members of Fumuku.

Now excuse me for using the past as an example, but this reminded me of a different situation. The example I am bringing back is Unit 211 (http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=4703) They were closed after being defeated in war then did the same exact thing that Fumuku is doing now by bringing the same group of people with the same exact clan and created a new one. For Unit 211 it was the Talon Order (http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=5443)

As you can see the Talon Order was closed because they were finding loopholes in the clan system by bringing back the same exact clan after being defeated in a war. And this is what Fumuku is doing right now with Malkrin Industries. Going back to what Dubwub said it is a Sub Company of Fumuku. So it is Fumuku. This clan should be closed for the reason of trying to find loopholes in the clan system.

The clan is re-opened after reconsideration by me. The images and logos must be changed, else people will (obviously) think that this is just the 'new' FUMUKU, which is not allowed since that clan is closed. This clan may only be passive, because the leader agreed with that when his ban was lifted. Let's hope this clan becomes well managed this time.

Any discussion about FUMUKU will be removed straight away from this thread since that is off-topic.
