Well, Raffi, it's a term used often in seafood restaraunts which refers to a way you can eat a shellfish, wherein you squish the head in and suck out the pulpy insides.

In Britain, "Head" is often associated with "Bell End" which is the uh, bulbous part on the end of a P*nis. It's generally a chav insult but, I suppose you get it by now.
