one thing, i saw this. but the president broadcast: Rebels are banned from the city.

So this officer did nothing wrong? rebels are banned so no rebels or arrested.

All I saw of Samsung was him NLR killing people at spawns as a cop and NLR tazering people for poor reasons.

The cop might have had a valid reason since he stated that the person was trying to run him over.

Right... Dont be a smart ass. Looking at a persons job title IS metagaming.

He is wearing a suit and looks nothing like a rebel. So IC you just assume he is a rebel?
