Who should be the new SA?

I'd like to see Avgar work alone for a while and I would expect Avgar does too. It's more efficient working alone.

If I can remember correctly, things went fairly well. All decisions felt more collective without having to push it through 3 people for approval.

However, at least 1 SA is needed so they can manage the team and let Soul focus on more important things.

Jan would be a great choice but Reebs is also an option, both are very friendly.

But if I'm thinking about it, Avgar is working often alone and that's why I suggest leaving the role for now.
