I agree with all 4 suggestions, especially number 3 as I think using two skins for both the charger and SUV really does limit roleplay, especially for the price difference.

Dodger and Photon = +support.
I am not too sure about the skins to be honest. I am concerned all we will be seeing is SUV's. Not like 100,000$ is a very steep price anyhow though in this market. Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
