Summary of the incident
I saw this in another thread and wanted to get some clarification on whether it is a breach of rule 5.1 (building during combat). I have added links showing that DankNukem was building while there was a raid on the nexus and screenshot of him admitting he knew there was a raid in progress.
I understand the president can't fight personally so might not be considered to be "in combat" but strengthening the defences of the nexus during a raid would obviously benefit the defenders.
I waited for that thread to be resolved before posting this so as to avoid any interference with that case.
