Title of Bug: Milestone rewards

Description: 
the rewards on the milestone page (and ingame?) are incorrect, see below

Evidence: 
1000 hours should betr Nissan gtr black edition instead of SRU Uniform and 1.5k hours should be secret agent uniform instead of PMC uniform
