Ok, listen carefully. Verify integrity of game files again. Then go to the library (steam), Right-click Garry’s Mod and select Properties. Next, Click SET LAUNCH OPTIONS. Remove any launch options currently shown. Type -dxlevel 85 -console -windowed -noborder, then click OK. Relaunch your game to see if this worked for you.
