1:10 - magnus metagaming by having his president friend, sirnarc, change the law whilst he was in a dispute with us about a license which we didn't need

20:15 - magnus and sirnarc failing to obey non corrupt presidential orders as corrupt police officers, FailRP as corrupt cops. Also staying at the casino yet again when they should be patrolling as they were not called to the scene.
