As the rules explicitly state:
3.1c As an officer do not shoot vehicles unless lives are at risk, hot pursuit should be the first option.
A chase should have been considered before lethal action was taken.
I would however like to state that moving forward when attempting to steal cars please exercise caution when stealing right next to a police officer. If you Haazey are caught doing this again I will issue out punishment as this can be considered raid baiting/ FailRP.
