Title of Bug: Motor Tool Bug
Description:When a prop that has a motor constraint applied to it, rotates 70 degrees or more past it's original spawn angle, the motor tool no longer applies force/or is incapable of applying enough force to the constraint for it to turn and the rotation action stops dead.
