DENIED & MOVED

Yonno told him not to post unless he has some information of value. The situation has been dealt with and there is no reason to post a player report on him. I see no reason to post a player report of all things for this. In fact, it does not count as "backseat administration" if he comments on a player report. He did not take the situation into his own hands either. 

Also for future cases, use the "report" function in the bottom right corner of a post/comment for forum issues. PR section is for in-game issues.
