The case have been reviewed by myself and is now closed.
Generation has indeed committed abuse, as seen from the 10th bullet point on the Staff Report Instructions thread.
This case was investigated and it was in fact a major abuse of power on his behalf. Due to the duration of the specific case no immediate action will be taken. Generation has had no valid abuse cases on him in the past and so this is a rare but disappointing occurrence.
The abuse which has been surfaced has been noted and will be taken into account with any future cases.
