Summary: First he was prop pushing causing a police car to explode and kill the cop, then he changed to a police officer, randomly tazed me and ran away then did the same to someone else and jumped on him. Unfortunatley I do not have proof of the prop pushing, but with the car exploding I'm sure it can be found in the logs.
