Title of Bug: "Attempt to break free" message still being displayed, even though you already are free
Description: I got tied up by a security guard, followed by getting beat unconscious. I eventually got woken up by a paramedic, followed by a citizen who removed the zipties with a knife. Next when I got into my car and used the internal lock (ALT) and MOUSE1 button, the attempting to break free cycle kept activating (and the error message saying I have to wait before attempting to break free again)
