The Juaréz Cartel (Spanish: Cártel de Juaréz or CDJ) is an international drug trafficing, money laundering, and organized crime syndicate. Established during the mid-1980s, the Juaréz Cartel is based primarily in Evocity with operations all across town. The cartel is also known as the Rodriguez Cartel and the Sicario Federation.

The Evocity Intelligence Agency made a statement about us naming us "the most dangerous organized crime group in the world" and in 2011, the Evocity Times called us "Evocity's most powerful organized crime group." We are primarily involved in the distribution of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and MDMA. Although operations are expanding.
As of 2015, the Juaréz Cartel is the most active drug cartel in Evocity. We operate in the dark and are notorious for being ruthless.
