Title of Bug: Passes not showing on database
Description: Yesterday I noticed that passes did not show on the database, at least for me. I was the VP at the time. I asked the president (connbob) and the person who had the pass and they both confirmed that he had a pass. I tried refreshing and checking it again, but it did not show up.
(Not sure if a known bug, but I couldn't get any information if this bug happens often or if it's already a known bug)
