Firstly, build it, don't buy prebuilt. If £700 is a budget, I'll make a pcpartpicker and link it soon.
I've just ordered AMD Ryzen after using intel always before, because of the price to performance.

EDIT - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/wgVWd6 - £50 over budget however solid specs and would last a good 5 years.
