Hello.
You were in direct violation of rule 6.7 which clearly states that you cannot get on top of and/or build on them without permission. This is a fairly basic rule and you broke it. Also, do not tell me that I didn't try to explain to you what the situation was, I asked you twice "why are you up here" and you just blankly stared at me the whole time. If you didn't know you were breaking the rules then that's on you.
