Go to your screenshot in steam, right click on it and then "copy image URL". Then click on the image button in the Full editor and put it in where it says URL.
It is because you just copied the URL of the website and not the image URL.
If Copy image URL doesn't come up, try using the internet browser instead of the program on your computer.
