Why did someone get perma banned for adding hydraulics?

    I was going through the most recent bans, and the top was a a perma ban for adding hydraulics to a car. If you witnessed it, or can explain why this would result in a perma, could you elaborate for me? That would be great, because I don't want to be left hanging without a reason. I don't know the ban-ee, and I trust the admin's judgement, but I just want to know what happened.
