I don't really think this will help, or even work but I found it somewhere on the internet so...
Open a CMD window and type in:
regsvr32 /u initpki.dll
regsvr32 /u gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 /u sccbase.dll
regsvr32 /u slbcsp.dll
Restart computer, open a CMD window again and type the following:
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
I don't even know if the 2nd step is necessary, but it wouldn't hurt I guess...
Also try to re-install all your DirectX drivers etc. and just download this (again) I guess...
You never know.
