uwu what's this, another community pulse?

Over the past couple of weeks, we've done some backend changes, in preperation for other non-inventory projects. Broccoli has pushed a rebalance of the contraband system, in order to better implement a suggested return to a two-tier contraband system, with a more passive style of money-making, for those who want to make a bit of extra cash on the side, and an active system for those who want to be directly involved in their money making operations.

We've added a quick panel for reviewing and archiving bans and blacklists, making it easier to check and archive old punishments.

On the forums, we've had to make some minor fixes to plugins, so your forums experience should be more stable.

Finally, for the gamemode, it's been quite quiet, with improved logging (not logs), a lot of dead code removal, a new player stats library (for handling things like fish caught, rocks mined, etc), and rebuilding the database's players table.

Overall? Just over 1000 lines changed, in 14 files, by 2 authors, across 22 commits.
