Title of Suggestion: Plates from despawned cars in police database
Description
Keep the plates of despawned cars in the police database, so everyone essentially got a number plate next to their name.
Why?
Currently if you despawn your car, the plates of the car will not show up in the police database.
It's a pain if a cop loses a pursuit and the criminal simply despawns his car. Even if the cop knows the plate, he currently have no idea who owns it, as it's no longer shown in the database.
