I have informed him of a ban request being put, and he told us he doesn't give a fuck about it. Requesting a permanent ban on him since:
-He knows the rules and broke them willingly.
-He does not care about the consequences and the community by whole.
-He has not contributed with anything, therefore is to be considered a liabillity.
