We tend to do most recruitment ingame with a mentor program, trying to prevent players with mingy behaviour to become a full member of the Alessi. When you join the Alessi, you will be assigned the rank of "Trial-Member", where you as a TM is assigned a mentor to follow up on your RP's and general behaviour. To get approved as a fully member of the organization, your delegated mentor and at least one Capo needs to sign off on your promotion to Associate, which is our first rank. Becoming an Associate is the first step in climbing the hierarchy. There is usually always an Alessi member online you can contact for recruitment. See you on the server!
