The only way to delete your account is to follow the steps outlined in this thread:

Your own posts will become anonymous. Your cityrp data (bans, blacklists etc...) will remain and we do not offer a way to delete that. We also do not delete threads or posts, your name just becomes anonymous and your account is deleted.
