Summary of the incident
While I attempted to arrest the reported player he totally ignores the FearRP rule and kept breaking fearRP and not following my commands as clearly shown in the video, fails to stop when I tell him to and clearly totally ignores my commands to turn around and face the wall. All this when I have a weapon pointed at him. Keep in mind he has over 670 hours on the server..
