Dimitris was trying to argue on the marketplace thread with me, then he saw this and thought he might as well post out of spite.

There were driving in a perfectly reasonable speed causing no danger, I don't care what violet said or what you claim she said, shooting a tire is never the first option you should use, as there is a high chance you shoot a the car instead of the tire and blow them up. The evidence speaks for itself so I will not further comment unless asked by the staff member dealing with this case.
