I don't see any reason to unban you. I told you to give the money back, you refused then asked what the consistences would be if you didn't. I told you that you would be banned and you still refused. There is so much more to the scenario we could get into like how you lied in saying you didn't have the money but that isn't necessary because this all could have been avoided if you just gave the money back. Which you did not.
